[by Lee Yoo Kyung / translated by Chloe Yun] E.LAND’s Kensington Flora Hotel holds ‘French Ensemble Skene Show’ to celebrate grand opening of French Garden.
Kensington Flora Hotel launched Korea’s biggest France-themed garden (67,000m2), ‘Garden of Villandry,’ which looks almost the same to the original one in France.
In celebration of the grand opening of the garden, ‘French Ensemble Skene Show’ will be held on October 14 at 7:30PM (KST). The concert will cover ‘Jules Verne Time Machine’ by Catherine Verhelst, the pianist from Skene.
This show artistically and musically expressed the father of Sci-fi fiction in France, Jules Verne’s autobiography with animation films and quartet orchestra. The show will be held in 1000 seat function room, which was recently renewed, and is expected to impress the audience with its magical performance.
Director of Kensington Flora Hotel Shin Ji Soo said, “Having this event as a start, we will hold various cultural events inspired by France, keeping the title of “the best France-theme Hotel in Korea.” (photo by Kensington Flora Hotel)
