Choi Hwa Jung Reveals the Secret to Her Never-Aging Skin

With her bright energy and bubbly personality, Choi Hwa Jung has been leading popular radio show ‘Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time’ as a DJ. She always flaunts her flawless, healthy skin, which makes her look 20 years younger than her real age. So every time she revealed her skincare tip, it becomes a hot issue among women aged 30 to 40. 

Choi Hwa Jung once made a promise that she would lead the radio show wearing a bikini if Korean soccer teams made the top 16 at 2010 World Cup.  She kept the promise and hosted the show wearing a sky blue bikini. Her slim, healthy body surprised the audience, proving that she’s truly a vampire. 


Choi Hwa Jung has revealed her beauty secrets several times. When she appeared on SBS ‘Go Show’ as a guest, she said one of her beauty secret is to dry-wash the face while lying on the bed in the morning. 

According to her, giving a gentle massage to your face every morning makes skin tone brighter and clear. She avoids any intensive diet which might stress her out and tries to have enough sleep. 

As Choi Hwa Jung said, enough sleep is one of the most important things to keep your skin and body healthy. Then, what kind of effort does she make to have good sleep?


Choi Hwa Jung avoids eating before bedtime and drinks warm water or milk to increase body temperature. More importantly, she carries her own functional pillow even when she goes on a trip.  

Her big secret to having good sleep was a pillow. She emphasized that we have to take care of our body while sleeping as much as when we were awake. With special functional pillow, she has been taking care of her look and beautifying even when she sleeps. 

When we are in sleep, the biorhythm of our body gets more active and skin cell restoration gets accelerated, which helps alleviate skin troubles, especially from 10:00PM to 2:00AM.
